Heat Management
Our expertise in heat management started with Super Therm. Our research into ceramic compounds discovered the secret to heat load and heat blocking. This research produced HPC and HPC HT which are water-based coatings applied while in operation to pipes, tanks, vessels of all types to hold the heat on the surface of the unit to help increase the interior temperature and pressure for a greatly improved efficiency.
This type of technology is designed to not allow the releasing of all the heat off the surface as with standard insulation materials to be absorbed and slowly released to the atmosphere. Holding the temperature on the surface stops most of the heat loss which is captured to the interior where it belongs. Engineering understands that if you increase the interior temperature, this heat will increase the pressure which increases the heat to a higher level.

Omega Fire
Omega Fire™ is a single component coating designed to withstand 1200°C
Omega Fire™– single component coating designed to withstand 1200°C (2200°F) direct flame and resist heat transfer to backside. This coating has not obtained UL certification as yet, but has performed many of the UL testing profiles to verify its’ capabilities. Adjustments have been made after all the initial testing to perfect its performance, and initial beam testing is scheduled for August 2019. HPC® – Hot Pipe Coating
HPC® Coating – single component water-based coating designed to insulate hot pipes or surfaces that load up to 500° F. The coating is not a reflective coating, but works to block the loading of higher heats and to resist the transfer of heat through the coating to the cooler side. Holds heat in the surface in which it covers. Always ask what the temperature inside the unit is and not the heat on the surface. Once coated, the surface will be equal to the interior temperature which could be 200-300° F higher than what is registering on the exterior. Learn More >

Sunshield
Sunshield – single component water-based heat reflective coating made with acrylics but using our highest quality of reflective ceramic compounds to outperform all similar “reflective” coatings advertised in the market. As a consumer coating it lasts 10 years but does a great job of repelling the initial radiation heat on the surface it covers. Learn More >
